Mitsubishi i MiEV Electric Car Will Hit Iceland Dealers On 2009

Mitsubishi has a plan to launch its i MiEV electric car in Iceland from next year in order to assist the nation that wanted to be fossil fuel free by 2050. The car is powered by Li-Ion batteries which can go 100 miles on a single charge. Still, Iceland will become the first European country that will purchasable the i-MiEVs, while the Land of the Rising Sun is scheduled on summer of 2009. Electric cars with strategically located charging stations make a lot of sense for Iceland, where 75% of the country’s residents live within 37 miles of the capital city.

BenQ E1050 Digital Camera

This is BenQ’s latest point-and-shot camera for today — the BenQ E1050. Measuring a mere 16.8mm thick, the camera sports a 10 megapixel CCD sensor, 3x optical zoom lens, 3-inch LTPS LCD screen, a 10MB internal memory, microSD card slot (up to 16GB supported), and up to ISO 3200. The E1050 also come with in-camera “Red-Eye Remover” function, and does support 32 shooting modes range from standard auto and video to more customized settings, such as “Museum,” “Party,” “Beach” and “Fireworks”. No idea on pricing or availability.

I personally not a Kitty fans, but when i look at this Hello Kitty Webcam, and… it will remain me with my ex-girlfriend who have a habits to collected some stuff that embedded this popular Japanese cartoon character. Priced at $90.20, the webcam can be connected to a laptop / PC via USB 2.0 port, and it packs a 1.3-megapixel sensor that capable to capture a video @ 15frame-per-second with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixel. Should i get one for her? Oh no… it’s just a love story.

Toshiba Unveils Satellite NB105 Netbook

The Satellite NB105 is a first Toshiba’s netbook that has official in the UK recently. This mini-laptop will comes with a 8.9-inch display at 1024 x 600 resolution, a 1.6GHz Atom CPU, 1GB of RAM, a 120GB hard drive, Wi-Fi connectivity, and either Windows XP or Ubuntu for the operating system. It also have a built-in webcam module, Ethernet LAN, three USB ports, and SD media card slot. You should be seeing the NB100 hit shelves on October with three different casing colors — Cosmic Black, Champagne Gold, and Bright Silver. Oh…and yes the price is start from £260 (or about $472) upwards.

Yamaha MCS-1330 Audio System

Yamaha has a new range of audio system, including the the MCS-1330 model which a built-in iPod Docking station, amplifier, and CD player. The amplifier itself delivers RMS power output of 2 x 60W (6Ω) with a THD of 0.5 percent, a frequency response of 10Hz-40,000Hz (0±3.0dB), a signal-noise ratio of 100dB, while the CD player can reproduces MP3, WMA audio files into CD-R / CD-RW with a SN ratio of 105dB. Tagged at $1,113, the MCS-1330 also will come with 2-Way speakers each feature a 13-cm woofer and 2.5-cm tweeter with frequency response of 3kHz and 85dB @ 2.83V sensitivity.
